What the Site Does

Ever had to organise a gathering of people? For example:
  • Business meetings
  • Parties
  • A game of football
  • Weddings
  • A club meeting
Speedy Meetings lets you do this online! You can invite anyone with an email address to join your meeting, event, party or whatever gathering you have in mind!

Not only that, a proportion (20%) of all money raised through advertising and subscriptions is donated to charity (see below).

How it Works

The service works like this:
  • You open a account with Speedy Meetings (basic account is free).
  • You add your contacts - people you might want to invite to your meeting.
  • You create a new meeting and select guests from your contacts. You can specify the minimum number of people required and which of the guests must be there for it to go ahead.
  • Your work is now done, let Speedy Meetings do the rest!
  • Each guest receives an invite email with a link to their personal invite.
  • The guests click on the link and can then accept or decline the invite and optionally leave a comment. When sufficient people have accepted, everyone who has accepted is emailed to say the meeting is going ahead!
  • Guests can change their mind and if someone drops out such that the meeting can no longer go ahead, everyone is emailed to say the meeting is no longer on.
There are other features such as the ability to repeat a meeting, email guests, view invites from other people and add contacts easily through the smart add facility. There are many more features to come!
