This privacy policy covers Speedy Meetings treatment of personally identifiable information collected during your use of the site and related services.

We will NEVER knowingly sell, rent or otherwise distribute the information you enter into this website to third parties without your express permission, other than as required for the service to work (e.g. we have to email people in your contacts to invite them to meetings!) except under the following situations:

  • If your actions are contrary to the Terms and Conditions of Service of this site.
  • If Speedy Meetings acquires, or is acquired by or merged with, another company. Under this situation new terms and conditions of service may apply and you will be informed of any changes in advance.

Information We Collect

For operational and security reasons we collect and store, either automatically or through forms you fill in on the site, the following information:
  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your country of residence.
  • A password for your account (stored encrypted).
  • The IP address of the machine (or gateway) that you log in from.
  • Other information related to your visit to the site including the pages requested and browser and computer settings (e.g. browser type and screen resolution).
  • The date and time that you log in.
  • The date and time you make any modifications to your account.
  • The date and time that you create and modify meetings.
  • The information you enter into any forms e.g. to create contacts and meetings.
At any time you may contact us and request that we delete all information relating to you and your account from our database. On receiving your request we shall send an email to the address we hold for you in order to verify your identity before deleting your account and all related information.

While we take great care to ensure the security of your information and we will not intentionally pass it on, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or distribution of that information.

Cookies

As part of the operation of this site, we may store one or more 'cookies' on your machine.
