Speedy Meetings is an online service that allows users to organise meetings. The site sends invites by email and tracks responses from guests. Other related services are provided to support and enhance this.Use of Service

Speedy Meetings reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. Speedy Meetings shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuity of the Service.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and shall immediately inform Speedy Meetings of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breach. You are fully responsible for all activity undertaken on your account.
Termination

You understand and agree to not use the Service:- for any illegal activity
- for storing or sending abusive, hateful, pornographic or otherwise objectionable information or messages
- for storing or sending information that you do not have the legal and/or contractual right to use in this manner, for example but not limited to information protected by copyright, patent or trademark
- to impersonate another person or entity
- for sending unsolicited marketing emails, advertisements, promotional material, "junk mail", "spam" or other forms of solicitation
- for storing or sending software viruses, trojans, spyware or any other software intended to disrupt the operation or limit the capability of any computer software and/or hardware or telecommunications system
- forge headers or other information in order to disguise the origin of any information sent through or from the Service
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, rent or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Service.

Registering for a basic Speedy Meetings account is free. Charges apply for upgrading your account to increase the capacity and features of the Service provided to you. Speedy Meetings reserves the right to start charging for the Service or any part thereof that was previously free and to modify current pricing and the pricing model without prior notice.Indemnification
By accepting these TCOS, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless Speedy Meetings, its employees and anyone involved in the development, maintenance and support of the website from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from i) your use of the Service; ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications with or through the Service, or iii) any other matter relating to the Service.Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SPEEDY MEETINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SPEEDY MEETINGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).FURTHER AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SPEEDY MEETINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE ACCIDENTAL LOSS OR DISTRIBUTION OF ANY INFORMATION YOU ENTER INTO THE SITE OR ANY CONSEQUENCE OF SUCH LOSS OR DISTRIBUTION. SPEEDY MEETINGS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM DEALINGS WITH MERCHANTS OR ADVERTISERS WHO APPEAR ON THE SERVICE.
